LMC Extinction law from Gordon et al. 2003 LMC Average Sample.
Parameters : wa : array_like
One or more wavelengths in Angstroms.
Returns : Ext : ExtinctionCurve instance
A(lambda)/A(V) at each wavelength and Rv for the LMC Average sample.
Notes
At far IR wavelengths, a MW extinction curve is assumed.
